A-LINE IS SEEKING BILINGUAL CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES FOR A MAJOR HEALTHCARE COMPANY IN SAN ANTONIO TX! IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS POSITION, PLEASE APPLY TO MELISSA ORTIZ
PAY: $16.50 per hour
SHIFT HOURS: 8 hr. shift Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Customer service skills (assist members locating, pcp, specialist, and community resources.)
• Assist with daily assignments such as pcp changes, id cards, electronic mail
