Job Description
NOW HIRING! Call Center Representatives for a top managed care organization / health plan.
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Hours: 8-hr. shift between 8am – 6pm, Monday through Friday.
Duties:
- Making monthly calls to MLTC and MMC member
- Uploading mail in Care management advance system
- Resolving daily task
- Vendor searches/changes
- Facilitating workflow strategy with individual care manager
- Serve as a support role to the MLTC department
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service
- Healthcare Call Center Experience
