CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE COMPENSATION

• THE PAY FOR THIS POSITION IS $16.50 PER HOUR, BILINGUAL PAY IS $17.25 PER HOUR ENGLISH/SPANISH
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE HIGHLIGHTS

• THE REQUIRED AVAILABILITY FOR THIS POSITION IS MONDAY TO FRIDAY, MUST BE FLEXIBLE BETWEEN 8AM-9PM
• All Candidates must be Located within a commutable distance Buffalo, NY to pick up work equipment on day 1, then will move to remote work

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for speaking with client members regarding enrolling into their benefit plans or pension plans
• Provide excellent customer service
• Provide assistance through web chat conversations or emails

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Ability to quickly assess member concerns and formulate a response/resolution using analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work autonomously in a self-paced, self-motivated team environment

· Strong customer service skills exhibiting a courteous telephone etiquette, patience, and professionalism

· Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of the job

· Attendance is mandatory for the first 30 days

· High School degree required, Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE SCHEDULE

· Monday to Friday Between 8am-9pm
