REMOTE - WILL RETURN TO IN OFFICE AROUND SEPTEMBER OR OCTOBER
PAY RATE: $18.00 per hour
HOURS: Full Time - 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. 8 AM to 5 PM
CALL CENTER/CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints
- Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
CALL CENTER/CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Healthcare Customer Service/Call center experience required
- 1+ years of Call Center/Customer Service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Background in managed care, healthcare or medical preferred
