A-LINE STAFFING IS NOW HIRING Client Service Specialist II- CSR working for a Major Health System. We are looking for a Client Service Representative in FORT WAYNE, IN. This would be a Full time 40 HOURS PER WEEK.

PAY RATE: $15.28 HOURLY
HIGHLIGHTS
- This is Onsite 100% during Training then will transition to Remote until needed to return in office.
- Training hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm with 30minute lunch
- Regular hours after training: Monday-Friday 11:30am-8:00pm with 30minute lunch
- Eligible for Benefits after 90 days of employment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solid knowledge of prescription drug reimbursement, including insurance plan types, PBM and major medical benefits, prior authorizations and appeals processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to document cases clearly and accurately in accordance with the program guidelines.
- Good communication skills are essential, both internal and external.
· Knowledge of Medicare benefits, enrollments and LIS assistance.
· Plans and organizes work assignments, set priorities and completes work with a minimum of supervision.

- Participates in cross-training to perform all roles within the department.
- Communicates effectively and professionally with our program partners to assure the best possible service for our patients and partners.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year of call center experience
- Strong PC Skills and the ability to manage multiple programs
- Basic understanding of medical / reimbursement terminology
- Must be fully Vaccinated for Covid-19 or a Medical/Religious exemption (subject to approval)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum (3) years’ work experience in applicant patient areas Position
- Previous call center experience preferred
