FULL TIME CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE OPENINGS IN THE CORPUS AUSTIN, TX AREA WITH A MAJOR HEALTHCARE COMPANY! STARTING ASAP!! APPLY NOW TO COURTNEY PARATO WITH A-LINE!

PAY RATE: $16.00

HOURS: 8 hr-shift Monday through Friday.

• Role is remote during office closures

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling incoming calls in a call center type environment from members and providers
• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
• Handle and resolve complaints
• Additional duties as assigned

REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual- Spanish and English preferred
• Call center experience
