    Job Description

    FULL TIME HEALTHCARE CALL CENTER OPENINGS WITH A MAJOR HEALTHCARE COMPANY! STARTING ASAP!! APPLY NOW!

    PAY RATE: $14 / hr.

    HOURS: Rotating Schedule - Call Center is open 8 AM to 12 AM est and Saturdays. Must be flexible for all.

    REMOTE role

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handling inbound and outbound calls
    • Answer incoming calls and chats from customers about their employer’s benefits plans
    • Educate and advise callers on their benefits, the system, and all related processes
    • Process enrollment related transactions and take ownership of issues through resolution
    • Research customer requests and follow up with customers as needed and troubleshooting issues
    • Document information into a client system to track customer interactions and solutions.

    REQUIRED:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Strong written & verbal communication skills required
    • Healthcare experience
    • 1+ years of call center experience
