NOW HIRING! HEALTHCARE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES FOR A TOP MANAGED CARE ORGANIZATION / HEALTH PLAN LOCATED IN BURR RIDGE, IL. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO INQUIRIES ABOUT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AND TO HANDLE AND RESOLVE COMPLAINTS. APPLY NOW TO BECOME PART OF THIS GREAT COMPANY!
PAY RATE: $18 per hour
HOURS: Must be able to work Monday through Friday 11:30am to 8:00pm
DUTIES:
- Primary job function is answering inbound calls
- Provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints
- Route calls to appropriate staff when needed
- Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Healthcare call center experience
- Customer service experience
- Fast typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
