Job Description

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with our team of innovators and technologists toward crafting next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run.
• Comprehend and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop, improve, and deploy software using technologies
• Develop and support Appian BPM processes
• Developing release plans, release content and delivery schedules
• Provide implementation and operational support for component customers
• Build technical, test case, transition, and operational documents
• Collaborate with partners, both onshore & offshore, across the IT organization and business as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Architect & Design End to End Solutions using BPM Platforms such as Appian

• At least 3 - 5 full lifecycle development and implementation of Apps in Appian

• Experience working with Appian Cloud preferred

• Translate business process software requirement specifications into Appian process model prototypes and solutions.

• Identify, propose, evaluate, estimate, and drive solutions considering people, process, and system impacts.

• Develop and use library of reusable Appian components that can be demonstrated across processes and workflows.

• Interact with Appian consultants for technical design discussions and issues resolution.

• Demonstrates excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Wears the UX hat as needed while developing solutions for end users

• Hands on experience with analysis, designing, and developing solutions on BPM technologies

• Hands-on experience on Appian BPM platform primarily on Appian custom plugins, SAIL, CDT, Process, and Interface design

• Play pivotal role in developing Appian based solutions to solved sophisticated business problems

• Empower junior team members through coaching and mentoring

• Lead automation of functional and performance testing

• Enable automation of functions using BPM and RPA tools

• Experience with Appian CI/CD pipeline

• Experience with Agile Methodology

• Experience with relational databases and SQL scripting

• Advance knowledge of Java is a plus
