A-LINE STAFFING IS NOW HIRING A PROVIDER NETWORK SPECIALIST. The PROVIDER NETWORK SPECIALIST would be working for a major healthcare corporation and has career growth potential. This would be FULL TIME / 40+ HOURS PER WEEK.

PROVIDER NETWORK SPECIALIST

• The pay for this position is $19 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

PROVIDER NETWORK SPECIALIST HIGHLIGHTS

• Remote role to MI. Est time zone
• 8AM-5PM (est time) M-F. No Overtime required. Must be able to work MI business hours

PROVIDER NETWORK SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES

• The individual would complete the Cen Prov tickets for the MI market provider requests.
• In addition, the individual would work within our PCA queue for Medicare (Wellcare) submissions in the MI market.
• Support the provider facing teams.

PROVIDER NETWORK SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS

• Must be proficient in Cen Prov tickets and the PLF process
• High School Diploma/ GED;
• Microsoft office
• Customer Service and/or Call Center
