A-LINE STAFFING IS NOW HIRING CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES IN ARIZONA. The Program Coordinators position would be working with a major healthcare company and has career growth potential! This would be a full-time position paying $19/hr with roughly 40 hours a week.

PAY: $19/hr

HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY10am-7pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to SDOH needs for members
• Respond to customer inquiries and/or verify information via telephone and written correspondence

REQUIREMENTS

• HS diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 Years Customer Service preferably in an insurance/doctor setting
• Basic computer skills in the Microsoft Suite
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
