    Job Description

    NOW HIRING! CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES FOR A TOP MANAGED CARE ORGANIZATION / HEALTH PLAN.

    PAY RATE: $22 per hour

    HOURS: 8-hr. shift between 8am – 6pm, Monday through Friday. Potential OT.

    DUTIES:

    • Making monthly calls to MLTC and MMC member
    • Uploading mail in Care management advance system
    • Resolving daily task
    • Vendor searches/changes
    • Facilitating workflow strategy with individual care manager
    • Serve as a support role to the MLTC department

    REQUIREMENTS

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Customer service
    • Healthcare Call Center Experience
