SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30-5:00pm 

PAYRATE: $18.50 hourly

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive incoming calls from participants, caregivers, family members, internal business partners and providers throughout the course of the day
• Answer questions from members who have questions about their health plan
• The nature of the calls could involve any number of inquiries including assisting participants in identify in-network providers, creation of authorizations for service, service navigation with participants, trouble-shooting claims issues with providers or assisting participants in identifying other community supports to supplement those provided by the health plan

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Computer Skills
• Good Attendance
• Critical thinkers
• Can-do attitude
• 6 months of Call Center Experience
