• STARTING REMOTELY OR WORK FROM HOME!

  PAY RATE: $15.00  per hour (with possible increase in 90 days) HOURS: Full Time - 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. 8 AM to 5 PM ( possible will start remotely until it is safe to return)     JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Initiate authorization requests for outpatient and inpatient services in accordance with the prior authorization list
• Route to appropriate staff when needed
• Verify eligibility and benefits
• Answer phone queues and process faxes within established standards Data enters authorizations into the system

  REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years healthcare customer service/call center related experience required
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’ s time.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.
