    Job Description

    Call Center Representative needed

    A fast growing and mission driven company is seeking healthcare professionals as an Enrollment Representative. The Enrollment Representative is responsible for daily workflow activities to include the following membership/enrollment activities.

    Location: Minneapolis, MN (55437)

    Rate: $17.50 per hour to start

    Hours: M-F between the hours of 7a-7p / 40 hours per week. NO WEEKENDS

    Start Date: 9/22

    They will be conducting a Virtual Interview for this position! If qualified, you will immediately get an interview! Able to work Remotely due to Covid-19 if qualified. Training will be held onsite (1 - 4 Weeks) then you can be sent home with equipment. NOTE: WFH may end at anytime requiring you to return to work onsite.

    Job Duties:

    • Spend your day on the phone, or providing assistance through webchat conversations and email
    • Handling a high level of both inbound or outbound calls regarding benefits
    • Articulating information to customers and/or vendors
    • Documenting conversations in detail
    • Ensure members receive a level of service that exceeds their expectations.
    • Responsible for ensuring accuracy of enrollment data.

     

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Excellent telephone communication skills.
    • For Bilingual, must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
    • Must have good organizational skills and can work well independently and as part of a team
    • 2 year plus call center/ customer service experience
    • Open Enrollment experience a plus
    • Providing exceptional customer service in all interactions
    • Strong communication ( verbal and written)
    • Must be able to build rapport over the phone with customers.
    • Data entry and multi-tasking on dual-screen monitors.
    • Verifiable High Diploma or GED (Required)
