A-LINE STAFFING IS NOW HIRING CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE IN REMOTE/ WFH . The Call Center Representative would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be FULL TIME / 40+ HOURS PER WEEK.

REMOTE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE COMPENSATION
REMOTE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE HIGHLIGHTS
· This position is “work at home” and candidate must have a home environment that meets the minimum company requirements: A quiet, private environment free of distraction, television noise, door bells, pets, family members is necessary with sufficient working space for computer, additional monitor and keyboard/mouse.
· If children are at home, they must have other dedicated supervision. Internet connectivity requirements: -
· High speed internet required with ability to connect company provided computer via Ethernet cable to home route
· Minimum internet speeds: 25 MB download speed and 3 MB upload speed (as measured by speedtest.org) The following are NOT acceptable alternatives to a wired high speed internet connection
· WiFi, WiMax, Satellite, Cellular, Wireless or Hotspot
· Working from public internet locations (such as Starbucks) or outside your home office
REMOTE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES • Call Center: open from 8am -12am EST– MUST be open to any schedule within these hours • 100% Remote and can hire from across the US • Up to 5 week training class between (8am – 9am EST – 6pm – 7pm EST) • Skills: Must have a passion for customer service
o Healthcare or Enrollment Benefits experience in call center o At least one year call center experience o Strong customer service
• Must have reliable internet (in job description) o Equipment: Laptop, monitor, docking station, keyboard, USB Headset; mouse and ethernet cord (cannot be wireless must plug into the router)
REMOTE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS
· 6+ years of working as a design account management experience at a design firm, agency and/or corporate environment with focus on project or program management for rollout or high velocity projects
· Proven track record as a design account manager, with examples of how their contributions assisted in the development of breakthrough projects keeping teams and projects on target.
· Ability to demonstrate a passion for strategic and creative problem solving and deep understanding of design to assist in the delivery of compelling ideas that are on brand and meet business objectives.
· Competent interpersonal capabilities with strong verbal, visual and written communication, specifically, to talk clearly and confidently to senior level clients, and enjoy collaborating to problem solve with analytical and creative teams.
· Proactive self-starter with team player mentality ability to track and manage multiple high-priority projects in a very fast-paced environment and react with a sense of urgency
· Experience developing and using project activity plans, project communication plans, issues resolution, status reports, agendas, and action items.
· Demonstrated experience working with vendors, agency partners and clients.
· Technical skills include MS Office and Workfront.
· Understanding of: Adobe Creative Suite
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience
