Job Summary

We are looking for an exceptional, A+++ level automotive technician who can run the shop from the ground up. This is not just a wrench-turning role—we need a true leader who can diagnose, repair, manage workflow, and ensure every vehicle and customer experience meets the highest standard.

As a Master Mechanic, you must have an in-depth understanding of all vehicle systems and components. You will also be responsible for maintaining repair shop equipment, preparing cost estimates, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles (domestic, import, and diesel)

Handle complex electrical, drivability, engine, and transmission diagnostics

Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes

Oversee daily shop operations and workflow efficiency

Lead, mentor, and support other mechanic and technicians

Ensure high-quality workmanship on every repair

Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers when needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment

Help drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability

Maintain accurate repair shop records and paperwork

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications

Proven “A-level” or Master Technician experience

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently with no supervision

Leadership mindset—able to run a shop, not just work in one

Experience with modern scan tools, diagnostics, and repair procedures

High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail

ASE certifications (or equivalent real-world expertise)

Compensation & Benefits

$100,000 – $120,000 annual salary (based on experience)

Stable, full-time position (Monday-Saturday)
