Are you the Nick Sullivan, Nick Carvell or Robert Rabensteiner of fashion writing for millennial's? Then keep reading. 

The Menswear Fashion Journalist intern will cover all men's grooming, home and style related content that Identifies with and relates to Man Of The Hour's target demographic.  

The candidate should possess an aptitude/interest in writing men's fashion and accessory content.  

The candidate should possess an aptitude/interest in writing men's grooming content.

The candidate should also possess an aptitude/interest in writing about home furnishings and home accessories.  

Responsibilities: 

• Write a weekly style column. 
• Write a monthly men's fashion etiquette column.
• Write a monthly piece on men's grooming.  
• Write a monthly piece ranging from retail reviews to special fashion presentations.
• Write a monthly piece on men's home and home accessory products. 
• Interviewing industry insiders & reviewing media releases.  

Duration: 6 months

Official Start Date: ASAP

This is a virtual and unpaid internship. Yet, you will gain valuable writing experience.

Qualifications

Preferably applicants should be a college undergraduate or graduate studying journalism or English (or a related field) and have prior writing/reporting experience with your school newspaper or another publication. All internships last for 6 months or longer (negotiable). Recent college graduates or dedicated writers/bloggers are also welcome to apply.

Note: Metro New York, Los Angeles & San Francisco residents strongly encouraged to apply, but location not required.
