    Job Description

    The Reality TV/Informative News Journalist Intern will cover all informative news and reality TV-related content for the site as it identifies with and relates to A Hot Set’s target demographic.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monthly column reporting on the business of reality TV.

    • Monthly column reporting on the business of informative news.

    • Monthly column reporting the ratings for led/co-led informative news, talk, and reality TV programs.

    • Monthly column report on audience demographic statistics.

    • Special Coverage: Write occasional industry-related commentary and reviews of programs.

    This is a virtual and unpaid internship. Yet, you will gain valuable writing experience.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    The Informative News and Reality Journalist intern will cover media-related content for the site as it identifies with and relates to A Hot Set’s target demographic.

    The candidate should possess an aptitude/interest in covering the business of all reality, informative news, and talk-related content.

    The candidate also should possess critical and intellectual thinking skills to write socially relevant fact-based commentary.

    Start Date: ASAP

    Duration: 6 months

    The internship is virtual and unpaid. Yet, you will gain valuable writing experience.

    Note: Metro Los Angeles and New York City residents are strongly encouraged to apply, but the location is not required.
