    Job Description


    • Write a bi-weekly column introducing upcoming television series.

    • Write a bi-weekly column presenting television ratings.

    • Write regular television series reviews.

    • Write semi-regular television industry related commentary.

  • Qualifications


    The TV Writer II will cover television-related content for the site as it identifies with and relates to A HOT SET’S target demographic.

    The candidate should possess an aptitude/interest in introducing new television series for broadcast, cable, and online television networks.

    The candidate should possess an aptitude/interest in writing about ratings for television shows and how that applies to their success or failure.

    The candidate should possess an aptitude/interest in reviewing television series from various genres.

    The candidate also should possess critical and intellectual thinking skills to write socially relevant fact-based commentary.


    DURATION: 6 months

    The internship is virtual and unpaid. Yet, you will gain valuable writing experience.

    NOTE: Metro Los Angeles and New York City residents strongly encouraged to apply, but location not required.
