We are a Financial Services company in the greater Wichita, KS area. We are looking for lead teller candidates to better our team. You will be responsible for approval of loans and providing excellent customer service in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

Greeting Customers

Approval of Payday and Title Loan products

Communicating terms and conditions of loans

Performing check cashing transactions

Responsible balancing of personal cash drawer

Resolving customer concerns

Supporting teller team education and development

Coaching team to achieve department goals

Increasing department revenue

Qualifications:

Previous experience in financial services preferred

Strong customer service

Strong leadership qualities

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work flexible hours

Good communication skills

Ability to coach and educate teller team

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed or scheduled.
