A-OK Pawn and Retail is a local, Wichita company looking for a bilingual customer service representative. The right candidate will have sales experience and a friendly, customer-service oriented attitude. Experience with firearms is a plus. Must be at least 18, have a clean record and be able to pass a background check. Must be able work Saturdays, in exchange for a day off during the week. Lifting in excess of 50 pounds on a regular basis is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.

Communicate effectively with customers and share knowledge about great products like jewelry, electronics, music equipment, tools, firearms, etc.

Process loans, extensions, buys and layaways.

Contact customers via phone reminders.

Assist in merchandising and keeping store clean and well organized.

Assist in opening and closing duties.

Help maintain a professional and upbeat retail sales environment.

Must be able to work as part of a team and be able to take initiative independent of direct supervision
