    Position Overview

    Aviocraft is hiring experienced A&P Mechanics to support aircraft component repair, maintenance, and modification work in a hangar/warehouse environment. This role focuses on mechanical repairs and support on parts and assemblies that are shipped into the facility—no aircraft are located at the site.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform maintenance, repair, and modification of aircraft components and mechanical systems

    • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs to customer and quality standards

    • Use technical manuals, work instructions, and engineering drawings to complete tasks

    • Conduct inspections, servicing, and functional checks as required

    • Document work performed and maintain accurate records

    • Work safely in compliance with company procedures and aviation standards

    • Collaborate with production and leadership to meet project deadlines

    Required Qualifications

    • A&P License required

    • Previous aircraft maintenance experience (MRO, heavy maintenance, corporate, or production)

    • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical documentation

    • Strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and quality workmanship

    • Able to work independently and in a team environment

    • Ability to pass required onboarding (background/drug screen if applicable)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with component-level repair, mods, and structural/mechanical assemblies

    • Familiarity with shop/hangar environments and production timelines

    • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical systems

    Must be authorized to work in the USA.
