Position Overview
Aviocraft is hiring experienced A&P Mechanics to support aircraft component repair, maintenance, and modification work in a hangar/warehouse environment. This role focuses on mechanical repairs and support on parts and assemblies that are shipped into the facility—no aircraft are located at the site.
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, repair, and modification of aircraft components and mechanical systems
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs to customer and quality standards
Use technical manuals, work instructions, and engineering drawings to complete tasks
Conduct inspections, servicing, and functional checks as required
Document work performed and maintain accurate records
Work safely in compliance with company procedures and aviation standards
Collaborate with production and leadership to meet project deadlines
Required Qualifications
A&P License required
Previous aircraft maintenance experience (MRO, heavy maintenance, corporate, or production)
Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical documentation
Strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and quality workmanship
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to pass required onboarding (background/drug screen if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with component-level repair, mods, and structural/mechanical assemblies
Familiarity with shop/hangar environments and production timelines
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical systems
Must be authorized to work in the USA.
