Ready to join the exciting world of real estate? Executive Assistant needed for a top-ranking Real Estate Team in the Bellevue, WA area. With the help of this individual, the agents are hoping to focus more on selling Real Estate and much less on the back-end/daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond - just like other members of this team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate; however, this is not a requirement. The candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team. Compensation: • Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Stipend Benefits Available • Bonus Opportunities • Growth Potential Responsibilities: This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Supports the owner in any and all tasks that need to be handled. This could include personal items. You'll handle anything that the owner needs. If this feels beneath you please do not apply • Provide and support fiduciary services to sellers from before their home goes on the market, during, through closing, and after • Provides and supports fiduciary services to buyers from the moment they hire the agent team, through closing and after • Communicate regularly with buyers and sellers to include progress reports and feedback from showings • Keeps the agent updated on the progress of all buyer/seller contracts and advises when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution • Support the agent by preparing CMA’s, updating the contact database as needed, updating and maintaining listing materials/buyer materials, and preparing pre-listing packages/buyer consultations • Assists the agent in coordinating the staging, repairs, and home improvements required for showing the property • Maintains and delivers signage, marketing materials, and lockbox for each listing • Helps with the marketing of the listings • May schedule showings and/or assist in buyer-related activities including attending inspections & walkthroughs • Develops and implements systems for contact database management and back-office support. Ensures that all systems and processes run efficiently, making revisions as needed • Creates and maintains all team filing systems (listings, contracts, legal, correspondences, etc.) and computer databases. This includes making sure that all reference material and forms are available and current • Informs the agent of any problems or issues that need to be handled and maintains clear communication regarding the clients • The bottom line: you’re responsible for anything and everything that this Agent could need to do and helping them get it done Qualifications: • At least 2+ years experience in supporting an executive at a high level • Possesses a proactive attitude: We are seeking an Executive Assistant who proactively seeks opportunities to support the team and the business by consistently asking, "How else can I assist?" • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends as needed • Outstanding organization • Strong attention to detail • Tech-savvy; up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly • Proficiency with Google suite of products (docs, sheets, slides) • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once • Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Discretion and confidentiality • Customer service focus • College degree and social media experience preferred • Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and working vehicle • Comfortable handling strong personalities and resolving time-sensitive issues • Must be thorough and LOVE to-do lists • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude.
