We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable ARF administrator to oversee one to two adult residential facilities in San Diego. A current ARF Administrator certification is required with a minimum two years’ experience supervising staff who provide behavior support to adults with developmental disabilities, preferably in a level four home or higher.

Position salary and benefits:
$66,560 - $72,000 depending on qualifications

Basic Responsibilities:
Oversee staff and administer facility programs for 1 - 2 facilities
Foster a facility culture that embodies our mission, values, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Train and develop staff to meet or exceed expectations; provide timely feedback and support including new hire and annual reviews.
Ensure staff provide person-centered supports for all residents in keeping with program design, Needs and Services assessments, and quality standards.
As needed, evaluate potential residents being considered for placement in keeping with residents’ needs, regulations, and program design.
As a member of residents’ support team, collaborate effectively with all stakeholders (conservators, healthcare providers, community resources, regional center, quality assurance professionals, operations director, etc.) to consistently advocate and act in the best interest of residents.
Attend and actively participate in all scheduled meetings & planned organizational events including twice-monthly management team meetings and all client support meetings.
Ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure that facility and company vehicles are maintained to high standards.
Oversee and administer facility budget in keeping with resident needs and company objectives, including staffing, supplies, and other facility expenses. Maintain detailed records of all expenditures.
Ensure all staff implement resident behavior plans and wellness strategies with fidelity.
Ensure facility and staff comply with all Title 17 and 22 regulations.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 21 years of age.
Current Administrator ARF certificate authorized by the California Department of Social Services.
Minimum two years’ experience supervising staff who provide behavior support to adults with developmental disabilities.
DSP 1 and 2 certification.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid California Driver’s license with good driving record.
Must pass criminal history clearance through California Department of Justice prior to hire.
Must complete Health screening and TB test prior to start date.
