Sure, there are tons of practices looking for therapists to pay you for only hours worked which becomes a little stressor. So we changed things up and created a position where your chosen work schedule days and hours would be all paid just like any other job. We're looking for a licensed therapist to be able to see clients via telehealth at this time with the option to remain in telehealth or work from the office. The drive to continue to learn is an important one as the field is always changing so we created a training program for you that includes training in DBT, ACT, Gottman, CPT, PE, and CBT-I. The 4 day work week changes lives and creates more work-life balance so that's what we have. It's difficult to separate mental health work in just a 2 day weekend. We do close at 5:30p so no evenings or weekend hours. We offer medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Along with sick and vacation time and 401k enrollment. We do in-house initial scheduling and billing so no stressors on that end either or wasted time for consulting for clients that don't become clients. Responsibilities: • Very minimal documentation with note-taking only 3-5 minutes • Daily open hours for consultation • Ongoing training opportunities Qualifications: • Full Independently Licensed Therapists • Knowledge of the use of Electronic Health Records • Documentation 3-5 minutes • Completely paperless practice Compensation: $85,000 - $102,000 yearly
