  • Responsibilities

    Job Purpose: To manage the day-to-day scheduling operation and ensure that jobs are ready for installation. Responsible for the creation of department job files, contacting customers regarding scheduling issues, scheduling subcontractors and inspections. Responsible for coordinating communication between installers, field supervisors, customers, vendors and the office. This is a part time role and hours will fall between 20-30 per week. Pay range $16 to $18 per hour. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Organizing, scheduling, ordering, building and billing all HVAC installs Assisting "Pre-sale" quotes and turnovers, with scheduling or follow ups Submit and record purchase orders, permits, warranties, and other records Customer service driven, displaying professionalism with every customer interaction, making sure our customers have clear communication on project and install timelines when scheduling Organize and manage inventory needs Organize and manage all financed sales with our AR department Handling all financing paperwork, including financing applications, funding requesting, and follow-up for missing loan documents Communication between Branch office and main office Completes special projects and other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office Able to adapt to and navigate through custom software platforms, including multiple vendor sites Must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must be efficient with a strong attention to detail Must have strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and problem solving Ability to prioritize tasks Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone and email with employees, customers, and vendors. Geographical knowledge of sales area or map reading skills High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Two years related experience and/or training in customer service and/or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience Physical Requirements & Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
