What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a jack (or jill) of all trades. Someone who thrives in a fast-pace environment, stays calm under pressure, enjoys problem solving, administrative work and is organized to boot. Our Account Project Coordinator is the backbone of the utility side of our business, and ensures things run like a well-oiled stump grinder. You will work closely with our operations teams, sales leaders, and Director of Strategic Accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling, invoicing, maintaining a database, maintaining client relationships, and managing crew time punches just to name a few.
