A Professional Image (API) is currently hiring Full Time and Part Time positions… API provides receptionist services to the Medical, Professional and Service industries. API Specializes in answering the phones of doctors, lawyers, plumber, electrician, apartment complexes, etc and we deliver those messages following the protocols set by each office.

We are currently recruiting professional individual who want to work in a fun drug-free work environment. Your duties would include answering calls and inputting data into the system. Since we are 24-hour answering service, we are looking for someone who is flexible (must be available to work at least one weekend day). We are also looking for someone who can:

o Type 35+ words per minute

o Experience answering multiple phone lines

o Basic spelling skills

o Positive attitude

o Excellent customer service skills
