    For over 30 years, BG MULTIFAMILY has been the Nation's Largest staffing company specializing in the Multifamily/Apartment Industry. We are currently seeking a Recruiter for our Tampa, Florida market. This position is MONDAY - FRIDAY. Multifamily Industry/ Apartment experience is preferred. Our ideal candidate will be a self starter, fast-paced and ready to jump right in!

    ONSITE LOCATION: 4010 W BOY SCOUT BLVD SUITE 640, TAMPA, FL 33607

    HOURLY PAY: $18-19/HR

    The Recruiter reports to the Regional Operations Manager. A Recruiter's job duties include identifying candidates to fill job orders, scheduling candidates for interviews, interview follow up, etc. A Recruiter must possess both effective written and interpersonal communication skills as they will be working closely with job applicants, field employees, and hiring managers to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed. The recruiter will need to have a high degree of self-motivation and possesses a sense of urgency to achieve objectives and exceed expectations. Additionally, they must be able to work well under pressure and have the capability to work discreetly with highly confidential information.

    As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Develop and execute recruiting plans

    • Utilize the Recruiting Resources we have in place for recruitment

    • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

    • Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives with colleges and technical schools

    • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

    • Locate and document where to find ideal candidates

    • Respond to all resumes that are submitted

    • Determine applicant requirements by studying job qualifications

    • Schedule interviews daily

    • Determine applicant qualifications by pre-screening applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements

    • Work with Director of Sales and Staffing Coordinator to determine needs for the market

    • Adapt to changing company needs and market conditions

    • Manage time, prioritization and judgment skills with a positive attitude, high energy and excellent focus to attention
