    Job Description

    Responsible for maintaining a superior level of service to our customers and sales representatives. The primary role of Account Service Coordinator is to coordinate in between Account Service department, sales reps, customers and all internal departments to create a quality buying experience for our customers. Requirements: • Excellent attendance and punctuality • Positive working attitude and approach with strong verbal and written communication skills • proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power Point in particular) • Must be organized with attention to detail, excellent time management • Problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize work and multitask • Proactive philosophy to help to develop the company for future growth. • Minor lifting of under 20lbs, the ability to climb stairs to work area, wear safety gear such as closed in shoes are required for this position Qualification: Education: BS, BA degree with coursed in business, behavioral sciences or comparable experiences. Experience: Background with proven success in retail, wholesale service or other service business. Responsibilities: • Enter and process orders and Service Request for Claims & Parts • Incoming call management • Ensure proper CTPAT security measures are maintained at building entrance, such as monitoring incoming foot traffic and security cameras. • Provide general support to visitors. • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers. • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms as needed. • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes from meetings as needed. . • Maintains daily calendar for conference room use. • Respond to customers and sales reps on all phone and email inquiries within 24 hours of receiving the request. • Work directly with the Logistics and Warehouse team to help to keep an even flow of orders loading and shipping to keep a steady workflow for all. • Ensure to document in SAP and Account comments any pertinent information to maintain transparency to all for better overall service. • Report to the Accounts services Manager daily, an overview of daily/weekly events to ensure a proactive environment for future growth. • Perform other duties as assigned.
