A Services Group in partnership with IH services, Inc., is one of the leading providers of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of an floor scrubber operator/floor tech

Job Duties:

• Scrub and sweep floors with machinery
• Carpet extraction
• Other related tasks to meet the business needs
• Strip floors and wax 
• buffing/polishing floors

Qualifications:

• Must have the knowledge and ability to use all types of floor maintenance machines
• A strong work ethic
• The ability to follow provided schedule and to be on time
• The ability to follow instructions is a must
• Must have reliable transportation

Shifts: Sunday, Wednesday, Friday (2pm-10PM) Part-Time

Pay Rate: $10.00 - $10.25 depending on experience. Possible pay increase after 90 day probationary period. Probationary period based on attendance and performance.
