My Client is a global, full-service investment bank focused on growth companies with operations worldwide. They are currently seeking Investment Banking Associates to join Technology team in New York, New York. Analysts and Associates will be involved in all facets of investment banking activities, including equity offerings, mergers & acquisitions, private placements and other advisory services. Analysts are expected to commit such time as is necessary to effectively fulfill their responsibilities. Individuals will be assigned a wide variety of projects and given as much responsibility as their experience and capabilities permit.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct company, industry, market and competitor research and due diligence
• Prepare presentations, offering documents and other materials for clients
• Create detailed financial models and provide analytical support
• Contribute to the development and communication of proposals and advice to current and prospective clients
• Ensure quality of client deliverables by having strong attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Must have strong valuation modeling and/or M&A experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a small team environment
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, as well as strong writing and communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to work effectively with senior professionals in an engagement team
• Ability to master new tasks quickly
• Demonstrated commitment to obtaining outstanding results
• Bachelor's Degree or MBA

Previous relevant experience preferred
