My Client is a global, full-service investment bank focused on growth companies with operations worldwide. They are currently seeking an Analyst to join their Healthcare/Cannabis Investment Banking team in the San Francisco office. Analysts will be involved in all facets of investment banking activities, including equity offerings, mergers & acquisitions, private placements and other advisory services. Analysts are expected to commit such time as is necessary to effectively fulfill their responsibilities. Individuals will be assigned a wide variety of projects and given as much responsibility as their experience and capabilities permit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct company, industry, market and competitor research and due diligence
• Prepare presentations, offering documents and other materials for clients
• Create detailed financial models and provide analytical support
• Contribute to the development and communication of proposals and advice to current and prospective clients
• Ensure quality of client deliverables by having strong attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a small team environment
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, as well as strong writing and communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to work effectively with senior professionals in an engagement team
• Ability to master new tasks quickly
• Demonstrated commitment to obtaining outstanding results

Previous relevant experience preferred
