Job Description

Join the team of a friendly, community-minded non-profit organization as a "Customer Service/Appointment Representative"! You will answer phones, make appointments and route calls to the appropriate department. You will also make 'warm' outgoing calls to previous donors of the organization to schedule appointments and cultivate community relations.  NO SALES!  

Qualified candidates must have previous customer service experience, preferably telemarketing and/or call center but will also consider retail experience. Solid typing and basic-to-intermediate computer skills required. Must possess High School diploma (or equivalency of). Must be able to pass Drug test and Background check. 

SCHEDULE:  Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. 

Long Term Temporary assignment paying $14.00 per hour. Great organization and a wonderful way to give back to the community!
