Inspiration Home Health and Hospice is looking for a part time weekend CNA in Salt Lake County. Inspiration is a fast growing home health agency offering a great work environment and benefits. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide patient care under direction of RN
• Provide cares to patients in their homes
• Provide companionship and basic care to patients
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment
• Electronic charting

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in home health and hospice preferred
• Ability to build rapport with patients, families, and facilities
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Ability to work as a team
• Great communication

REQUIREMENTS: WEEKEND AND EVENING SHIFTS REQUIRED

• Reliable automobile.
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Current CNA certificate.
• Basic computer skills
• punctual and organized
• A current TB test, CPR card, driver’s license, and automobile insurance
• Must complete a criminal background check
• Drug screen required
