    Job Description

    We are seeking a Receptionist Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Greet and assist onsite guests
    • Plan and schedule appointments and events
    • Develop and implement organized filing systems
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
    • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
    • Perform all other office tasks

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in office administration, customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
