Job Description
We are seeking a Receptionist Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Perform all other office tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in office administration, customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
