WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Switchgear Sales Specialist will work closely with Account Managers, the Director of Sales, and the Project ReSource Center to execute switchgear projects for our customers. You will provide technical expertise during the design, budget, quote, project management, and close-out stages. You will be provided a set customer base to grow their switchgear sales year over year.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer visits and joint sales calls Designing and/or designing assistance on switchgear projects Assist project managers with change orders and project execution Train and mentor internal and external customers

REQUIREMENTS:

3-5 Years of Switchgear design or installation experience. Able to use Adobe and designer software (Bluebeam, AutoCAD, etc.)

Required Skills Required Experience

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum 2 year experience in a hospital setting preferred
• Current Texas Nursing License
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS or ENPC required
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organizational habits; ability to adapt to change quickly
• Strong knowledge base relative to surgery procedures and the management of the surgical patient
• Ability to perform medical assessment for patients from infancy to geriatrics
• Excellent teaching skills
• Basic knowledge of Performance Improvement methodology
