The Outpatient Center of Boynton Beach is seeking a motivated performer to join our team in a PRN PART TIME capacity in a dual role as a medical records clerk and front desk closer.  This position pulls medical charts, organizes paperwork and prepares the center at the end of day so in the morning we are ready to go.  Handle funds per office procedure ; Answer mutli-line phones.  The medical records clerk - is responsible for obtaining all required documentation for the patient chart, pathology, operative report, obtaining doctors signatures, forwarding information to the surgeons offices; completion of the medical chart. And all assigned task from the Business Office Manager and/or Administrator. 

THE HOURS FOR THIS POSITION IS WILL CHANGE DAILY AND THE NUMBER OF HOURS WILL CHANGE AS WELL.  THIS REQUIRES A PERSON WHO CAN BE VERY FLEXIBLE WITH THEIR HOURS.
