POSITION SUMMARY:
Codale Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Team Lead is an individual contributor responsible for providing leadership and training to other VMI employees. The team lead may also assist management as necessary with coordinating the work of others to ensure proper client coverage and support. The VMI Team Lead is responsible for maintaining inventory at customer designated sites. Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices. Responsible for transporting company cargo to customers. Responsible for safety of public while operating company vehicles. Follows proper guidelines for use of all equipment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience or training in warehouse, inventory counting or delivery
Valid driver’s license that complies with Codale’s standards.
Willingness to learn and work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature.
Must be a self-starter with the willingness to work with supervision.
Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Demonstrated ability to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner.
Possess a proactive and positive team approach to problem resolution.
Must have the ability to establish strong working relationships with customers, co-workers and management
Ability to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
