Required Skills Required Experience

1. Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program
2. Minimum 1 or more years OB ultrasound experience, will have direct service experience with MFM provider and possess knowledge of high risk conditions
3. Registered in good standing with the ARDMS and must possess both the OB/GYN registry within hire. Nuchal Translucency certification must be possessed upon hire or within a 6-month period after hire date
4. Good leadership ability, communication skills, flexibility, and strong team player
5. Ability to work with minimal supervision and low level of error
6. Must have knowledge of the human development process and ability to work effectively with all patients of all ages
7. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs to assist and move patients
8. Ability to operate a computer and to input and retrieve data
9. Must maintain BCLS certification for continued employment
10. For advancement, must have acquired and demonstrated skills as set in the OB Sonographer skills defined progression.
