Full Throttle Automotive sees 600+ vehicles every month, and we need another experienced technician who can diagnose, repair, and produce.
This is not a diagnostic-only position.
We’re looking for a strong, well-rounded technician who can handle:
Mechanical and higher-level repairs
Drivability concerns
Electrical testing
Scan-tool diagnostics
Bi-directional testing and controls
You do not need to solve every crazy electrical problem in the shop. You do need to know how to test before replacing parts, use a DVOM and scan tool, follow a diagnostic process, and know when to ask for help.

What We’re Looking For
Several years of professional automotive repair experience
Strong mechanical repair skills
Basic-to-moderate diagnostic and testing ability
Comfortable with professional scan tools, bi-directional controls, and DVOM testing
Own professional tools
Valid driver’s license
Good attendance and work ethic
ASE certifications are a plus, but we care more about what you can test, diagnose, repair, and produce.
