We are seeking qualified candidates that are able to perform well in a fast paced environment while remaining confident and professional. Our Customer Service department is responsible for answering all incoming calls and obtaining specific information by asking targeted questions. These team members have a very important role at A-1 Affordable as they create our first impression with the public.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

· Schedule and communicate information to field personnel, department managers, and customers

· Answer incoming phone calls and inquiries, provide positive and effective service

· Assess and prioritize emergency situations while using independent judgment

· Bi-lingual is a plus

· Some Sales background is a plus

· Some call center experience a plus
