WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
A1 Gilbert Answering Service is currently seeking a full time, mature answering service operator for a high volume inbound/outbound, fast paced environment.

WHAT QUALIFIES YOU:
· 2 years of previous call center, customer service or answering service experience.
· Good communication skills, verbal and written in the English language.
· Must be able to type 35 WPM.
· Computer literate Windows, Word, Excel.
· Problem solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
· Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
· Patience to deal with demanding customers on occasion.
· Ability to communicate with physicians, nursing staff and attorneys.
· Punctuality and reliability.
