    Job Description

    SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

    JOB SUMMARY:

    NIB Direct, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist. This role is accountable for supporting the sales team and infrastructure with responsibilities that include onboarding clients, planning for events, reporting &analytics and any related tasks deemed appropriate by the Director of Sales. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with excellent communication skills.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • None

    REPORTS TO:

    Director of Sales

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Onboarding new clients
    • Facilitating the creation and management of MSA, IO’s, and campaign revisions
    • Tracking and organizing client related tasks through sales CRM
    • Respond to clients requests/questions timely
    • Maintains organization with goal setting and revenue/profit tracking
    • Participates in event planning activities for conferences and events
    • Liaison between Sales and Media as needed
    • Manage incoming phone calls and voice mails for Sales inquiries
    • Maintain email lists for current and prospective client communication

    REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

    • 2-3 years of sales support or customer support experience
    • Bachelor's degree, Intern or equivalent experience
    • Organized, detail oriented and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Proficient with MS Office and/or Google Workspace Office Applications
    • Excellent interpretive skills, allowing the candidate to understand and make recommendations to improve our sales processes
    • Proven track record of sourcing, developing, and maintaining business relationships
    • Adaptable: Capable of adjusting to changing priorities, sometimes daily.
    • Resourceful: Great at solving unstructured problems with little to no supervision in a fast-paced, high stakes environment.
    • Team Player: Demonstrates a strong ability to contribute to the business along with business unit team members and managers; establish collaborative relationships with peers.
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree, Intern or related experience
    • At least two years related experience required.
    • Ability to function remotely successfully

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
