You are experienced in email marketing, social media, blogging, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint and learning new things.     Marketing Mission: To strengthen direct communication within our team, the agency, and our clients, as well as continue to shape the agency's online image and brand, and cultivate unique campaigns that target the intended audience.

    Marketing Responsibilities:

    • Analyze reports and data for marketing campaigns• Assist the team with reports, research, and data so that they can continue to prosper and thrive in their positions• Design, plan, organize and execute a variety of off-site community events, team parties, weekly meetings, book club• Maintain website and other landing pages• Post on social media, and google business page. • Run Facebook and Google Ads as well as track and report progress to agency principal• Work with vendors to design flyers, newsletters, and other marketing pieces• Open to quickly pick up and learn new projects

    Professional and Personal Skills:

    Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook.

    Able to create one-page flyers with photos … a sense of how to use graphics and space on a page.

    Knowledge/Experience with Website platforms.

    Type quickly and accurately.

    Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

    Organized, structured, punctual and will follow the rules.

    Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, articulate, kind, ethical and honest.

    Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or graphic design experience would be helpful but not required.

    Wages and Compensation:

    We offer competitive wages depending on experience and other benefits are available as well.

    Experience Requirements:

    2 years in a professional office environment
