Compensation $20 - $25 hour depending on experience

Hours Part-time 16-24 hours per week on average. Position can develop into Full-time if candidate desires.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our homes and condos are operating efficiently, conduct routine maintenance, complete maintenance requests, and other duties as assigned. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has prior maintenance experience. Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, minor electrical, drywall & painting, and other jobs as assigned to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs

Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs

Record of completed repairs in property management software.

Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep homes/condos operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks

Be on call on rotating schedule to assist with after hour issues.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED or equivalent

At least 2 years of maintenance experience

Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems

Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques

Basic understanding and proficiency of computers and devices that require programing (i.e. locks, thermostats, televisions, & WIFI).

Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends as scheduled.

Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail

Must have your own tools

Must have reliable transportation, position requires being able to travel to multiple locations on Fort Myers Beach & Bonita Beach.

Must work weekends
