LOCATION: .Onsite training. Work from home eligible after 30-to-90-day training period.

HOURS: Day and Swing shifts available. Full-time with set schedule.

START DATE: Training classes starting in January and February 2022.

PAY: Starting at $16.25 PER HOUR PLUS shift and bilingual differentials up to an additional $3.25 per hour. SIGNING BONUS AVAILABLE!

The Member Service Representative assists AAA members with roadside assistance and membership sales. In this position, you will determine the appropriate level of service, route calls and accurately record information via computer while providing top quality member service. The Call Center is a fun and energetic environment that is looking for like-minded individuals that love helping people.

Desired skills include:

• High school education or equivalent.
• Customer service, retail and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
