The AAA Insurance Agency is currently seeking ambitious insurance SALES AGENTS with exceptional customer service experience to join our independent insurance agency! We aid agents in getting licensed as well. The AAA Insurance Agency works directly with members as well as non-members to deliver great insurance products (auto, homeowners, etc.).

    JOB TYPE: Full Time. A Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and residual income. Compensation is discussed in detail with the hiring manager during the interview process. However, it is a combination structure that includes commission, residuals, and bonuses.     JOB LOCATION: Wyomissing, PA with the ability to also work remotely??? Flexible schedule???

    WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE:

    · Customer List -We get you in front of our large membership base.

    · Training on all agency management systems, including all insurance carrier rating and policy management systems used in our day-to-day agency operations.

    · Training support to help you obtain and maintain your Pennsylvania P & C insurance license.

    SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION: Agents will sell and manage insurance policies on behalf of the many companies we represent as we are an independent agency. Duties include attracting new clients and answering their questions, helping clients choose the best policy and making sure all legal requirements are met.

    DAY -TO - DAY DUTIES:

    • Thoroughly researching and analyzing insurance policies.
    • Arranging insurance policies in an understandable fashion
    • Developing marketing strategies on how to attract new accounts.
    • Approaching clients via cold calling and direct mail to enquire about their insurance situation and their future needs
    • Promoting new insurance policies to existing customers.
    • Participating in continuing education programs in both insurance and sales
    • Maintaining a good relationship with Insurance Brokers.
    • Ensuring that financial services industry rules are being followed.
    • Build comprehensive policies through a consultative approach
    • Generate electronic rate quotes and process electronic applications
    • Service active client base for new sales opportunities
    • Setting Appointments with clients who expressed interest in receiving information on one of our insurance programs either over the phone, internet or via mail.
    • Pre-Qualifying clients in-home for the insurance programs offered.
    • Submitting completed applications to our partner insurance carriers and following up on the status of applications until approval.
    • Providing great customer service to families in need!
    • Calling clients directly that requested our services directly
    • Making in-person recommendations on insurance coverage to your clients

     

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    No experience necessary. All career backgrounds are welcome!

    Current Property and Casualty License OR ability to obtain one.

    OR

    EXPERIENCE: HELPFUL BUT NOT NECESSARY

    · 1 -year Sales Experience

    · 1- 2 years of Customer Service Experience

    · PA Property & Casualty License

    · Ability to overcome sales objections and close over the phone

    · Ability to work effectively either remote or in an office setting

    · Willingness to learn from top Insurance Managers
