    The Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 6:30 pm

    Pay: $17.00/hour

    Bonus Pay: Spiff for percentage growth as well as sold memberships

    We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical systems.

    The Big Task

    Our goal is to ensure that AAA Service Agreement members receive high value, experience strong customer service, and feel a deep mission connection to our organization. The Member Services Coordinator is a key link with our members. S/he will ensure that the AAA membership program is well-organized and meets the needs of our clients. S/he will work collaboratively with internal and external colleagues and partners to ensure that membership is fully integrated across all facets of AAA Services Coordination of Membership Program.

    Key Sub Tasks

    Exhibits consistently professional and congenial customer service practices:

    • Ensure that data about our members is accurate and up to date, using Service Titan.
    • Process membership applications: manage membership recruitment and renewal appeals and invoicing.
    • Collect payment information and process payments.
    • Monitor and report on key metrics related to membership growth
    • Generate reports to inform member engagement strategy.
    • Coordinate current member service programs including scheduling all services during shoulder times.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED

    Experience: Minimum 1 year assisting customers in a customer service environment
